warranted.

Nasdaq 100, and the S&P 500 based on our proprietary relative

Charity Challenge: If we fail to outperform the S&P
500
with our recommendations, we will donate $137.50 (half of your
subscription) to charity. Complete details available upon
request.
On September 30, 2005
we introduced our list of Select Exchange Traded Funds. The
list of ETFs, containing no more than 12 selections,
represents our top absolute return ideas over the next 12
months. Keep in mind that this list is not meant to be viewed as
a portfolio. The list should be used to compliment a
well-diversified portfolio.
Sector and regional
attractiveness were considered in the list’s compilation. As
such, the ETFs on the list may reflect a strategy of selecting
attractive growth opportunities outside the United States, as
well as incorporating American based opportunities.
We monitor the list
closely and make changes throughout the year as market
conditions dictate and new opportunities arise.
As of
6/30/10, our
model ETF portfolio since inception is up
13.20%. The S&P
500 performance, over the same time period, equals -7.25% (20.45% Spread).
The recommendations do not include dividends, interest,
or commissions. Investment management fees are included. Complete performance record available upon
request. Past performance is no indication of future results.
Total return information for S&P 500: Morningstar. Inception:
09/30/2005.

updates are available to clients and individuals that receive
